Return Policy
At Incubiz, we strive to deliver exceptional services and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our services, which include customized business solutions, design work, and consultations, we do not offer returns or refunds on services once work has commenced. However, we are committed to ensuring that you are happy with the outcome.
If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 7 business days of service completion, and we will work with you to address any concerns or make reasonable revisions where applicable. Our team is dedicated to ensuring you receive the value and results expected.
For merchandise, such as branded products created through our Merch Maker service, returns will be accepted for defective or damaged items within 14 days of receipt. The merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. Refunds will be processed once the item is returned and inspected.
